Flawless Buttercream

Garden rose class will introduce participants to the wonderful world of sugar flowers. This class will instruct you how to achieve a full beautiful sugar rose to adorn your cake.

 

Participants should have prior knowlede of rolling and working with gumpaste.

 

Upon completion participants will have completed a full garden rose using the Patty Cakes technique.

 

Cost of course is $50.00 and includes course materials for use during the course.

 

The peony class will introduce participants to the wonderful world of sugar flowers, with this beautiful floral selection. This class will instruct you how to achieve a full garden peony to adorn your cake.

 

Participants should have prior knowlede of rolling and working with gumpaste.

 

Upon completion participants will have completed a full garden peony using the Patty Cakes technique.

 

Cost of course is $50.00 and includes course materials for use during the course.

The flawless buttercream course will instruct participants how to level, fill, crumbcoat and ice a cake with precision.

 

This intro to buttercream course will familiarize participants with icing techniques to help you; whether you are decorating a buttercream cake or covering your tiers in fondant. This course will help you build a smooth foundation for your work.

 

Participants are required to bring two layers of cake pre-baked and unleveled. All additional materials will be provided for use during course.

 

Cost of course is $85.00
